As a key member of our clinical operations team, you'll play a vital role in driving the execution of healthcare management services for our assigned service area.

Key Responsibilities: * Carry out clinical strategies and techniques in accordance with relevant regulatory and licensure standards (e.g., NCQA, URAC, state and federal guidelines) * Serve as a subject matter expert and coach to the team regarding practice guidelines, quality of interventions, issue resolution, and decision-making * Ensure the execution and monitoring of best practice approaches and developments to better address the needs of our patients across the continuum of care * May serve as a liaison with other key business areas * May create/assist in the development and audit of new training content * May collaborate/conduct internal and interdepartmental training courses * Safeguard the privacy of patient data and adhere to organization policies regarding confidentiality * Oversee resources responsible for identifying individuals, developing and executing care plans, enhancing clinical appropriateness, and quality of care, and monitoring, assessing, and recording care * Assess and interpret data, identify areas for improvement, and focus on interventions to improve outcomes * Develop, implement, assess, monitor, and communicate performance expectations * Ensure the team's understanding and utilization of data system capabilities and functionality * Participate in the recruitment and hiring process for staff with clearly defined requirements regarding education, experience, technical, and performance abilities * Evaluate developmental needs and collaborate with others to identify and implement action plans that support the development of high-performing teams * Establish a climate and work style that promotes the concept of collaboration, cross-functional integration, and continuum of care, resulting in strong performance * Consistently demonstrate the ability to act as a model change agent and lead change initiatives * Establish a positive work environment by recognizing team contributions, soliciting feedback, and offering individual support when needed * Responsible for maintaining compliance with policies and procedures and executing them at the representative level * Engage in discussions with Suppliers, Individuals, Staff, and other Leaders (e.g., may provide support to sales staff and organization staff through on-site client visits and presentations) Required Capabilities: * 3+ years of experience in a clinical subject matter area * Active and unrestricted RN or LCSW licensure in the state of residence Preferred Capabilities: * Managed government healthcare insight * Certainty working from home/remote, utilizing tools to practically collaborate and connect with teams * Training and Certification Requirements * Graduate degree in a social health field; or Enrolled Nurse (BSN preferred)

Compensation and

Benefits:

The average compensation range for this position is $70-$80 per year.

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base yearly full-time compensation for all situations within the job grade in which this position falls. The actual base compensation offer will depend on various factors, including experience, education, geography, and other relevant variables. This position is eligible for a bolthires Wellbeing reward, commission, or temporary incentive program in addition to the base compensation range listed above.
