Job Summary We're seeking an experienced Data Analyst to join our High-Level Investigation and Content Development team, working remotely from the comfort of your own space.
As a Data Analyst, you'll apply advanced analytical techniques to large-scale, high-dimensional data sets, driving business decisions and informing content development strategies. Key Responsibilities As a Data Analyst at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for: * Applying advanced data analysis techniques (data mining, data visualization, statistical analysis, AI) to large-scale, high-dimensional data sets to inform business decisions and content development strategies.
* Analyzing user behavior (e.g., viewing patterns, engagement metrics) to identify untapped audience needs and untapped content opportunities. * Developing predictive models to forecast content engagement and informing procurement decisions. * Streamlining our content launch and episode release processes to optimize user experience and engagement. * Testing marketing strategies to enhance user engagement and retention. * Ideating and developing new metrics and KPIs to measure content performance and inform strategic decisions.
* Providing ad-hoc analysis support to stakeholders to drive business growth. * Effectively communicating insights and recommendations to stakeholders through compelling data storytelling. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you'll need: * A Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field. * At least 2 years of experience in data analysis, with a strong background in statistical analysis and data visualization. * Proficiency in SQL and experience with R and Python programming languages.
* Experience with machine learning and AI techniques, including decision trees, regression, and clustering. * Proven ability to work independently and apply creative problem-solving skills to complex challenges. * Excellent data storytelling skills through verbal, written, and visual communication.
