As a Customer Care Associate, you'll be an integral part of our team, working closely with our customers to resolve their inquiries and provide them with the best possible experience. Responsibilities As a Customer Care Associate, you'll be responsible for providing world-class service to our customers by: * Ensuring that sales are captured by responding to customers and entering orders accurately and efficiently in SAP * Resolving customer inquiries through the use of multiple customer support tools, including conducting research in SAP and/or contacting business units as appropriate * Maintaining world-class standards by successfully performing against department scorecards and metrics * Establishing and maintaining world-class customer relations by developing a rapport and actively listening to gain more information where necessary * Identifying and evaluating opportunities to increase customer retention, maintain customer confidence, and protect operations * Other duties as assigned by the jobholder's supervisor Key Performance Indicators * Meet or exceed department scorecards and metrics * Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction and retention * Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and contacts * Identify and evaluate opportunities to increase customer retention and satisfaction Qualifications To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess: * A high school diploma or equivalent * Basic PC skills using MS Office and other various computer programs * No previous experience required, but a results-oriented professional with verbal/written communication skills, diplomacy, and discretion is essential * Ability to multi-task, work independently and/or within a team, pay attention to detail, and meet deadlines * Utilize sound judgment and problem-solving skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume, team environment Preferred Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in a related field and/or equivalent training and work experience * 1-2 years previous experience in a customer service role * Experience in consumer products or distribution industry Competencies As a Customer Care Associate, you'll be accountable for meeting your own targets, and your work will be reviewed periodically.

You'll encounter problems that are defined, repetitive, and routine, with a solution readily available.
