Key Responsibilities As an Experienced Full Stack Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for: * Providing exceptional service to credit union members and banking customers through high-volume inbound calls * Demonstrating a strong member focus, deep-rooted in empathy and understanding * Communicating effectively with peers, leaders, and members to resolve issues and provide solutions * Exercising good judgment and independent decision-making skills to navigate complex situations * Exhibiting outstanding listening, questioning, call control, and de-escalation techniques to resolve conflicts and improve customer satisfaction * Being proactive, having effective time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines * Displaying dependability with a good attendance record and adapting to changing priorities and schedules * Possessing strong technical troubleshooting skills to resolve technical issues and provide solutions * Multitasking and navigating through multiple systems to provide seamless service Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll need: * A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent certification * Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience or 1 year of call center experience * PC windows-based software experience with basic knowledge of Word and Excel * A secure home office environment that's free from background noise and distractions * A proven and reliable private internet connection that's not supplied by the use of cellular data (hot bolthires) * Cable or fiber connections are preferred * Internet service download speeds of at least 50 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload * Access to a smart device (phone or tablet) with OS version 6.0 or greater or for bolthires device IOS version 11 or greater (device cannot be rooted or jail-broken) Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable: * Experience working in a remote or virtual environment * Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software * Knowledge of financial services and products * Bilingual or multilingual skills (Spanish or other languages) Skills and Competencies To thrive in this role, you'll need to possess: * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment * Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and schedules * Strong technical skills, including proficiency in bolthires Office and CRM software * Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team
