Provide technical support for network framework and internal desktop systems software and hardware, introducing, arranging, and investigating desktop systems, workstations, servers, and network issues.
Maintain passwords, data integrity, and record system security, giving specialized help to PC system clients and answering questions or resolving PC issues for clients in person, via phone, or from a remote location. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to have a high school diploma or equivalent, with additional certification in data entry or a related field being a plus.
