Key Responsibilities As a Full Stack Customer Care Professional, you'll be responsible for: * Providing exceptional customer service to clients through inbound calls, emails, and chats * Building strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and preferences * Developing and maintaining a deep understanding of arenaflex products and services * Identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell arenaflex products and services * Collaborating with internal teams to resolve client issues and improve overall customer experience * Maintaining accurate records and data in our CRM system Essential Qualifications * 2+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a financial services or related industry * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues * Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and meeting or exceeding sales targets * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines * High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred * Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends Preferred Qualifications * Experience working in a hybrid or remote work environment * Familiarity with arenaflex products and services * Certification in customer service or a related field * Proficiency in CRM software and other productivity tools Skills and Competencies * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Proficiency in bolthires Office and bolthires Suite * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
