Job Responsibilities As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service across multiple communication channels, including phone, chat, and email.
You'll work closely with our customers to resolve their inquiries, and you'll be expected to: * Communicate with customers in a proactive and professional manner, using your excellent interpersonal and verbal skills to build rapport and trust. * Identify the root cause of customer inquiries by asking probing questions and providing solutions that meet their needs. * Schedule appointments for customers and maintain accurate records of customer interactions. * Utilize our customer relationship management tool to research inquiries and document customer interactions.
* Respond to inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and text, while updating internal computer applications and systems. * Maintain required product knowledge to deliver best-in-class service. * Exhibit a positive attitude and bring enthusiasm to work each and every day. * Demonstrate a proven record of great attendance and teamwork. Qualifications To be successful in this role, you'll need: * Excellent interpersonal and verbal skills, with clear diction, tone, and knowledge of proper grammar. * Ability to multitask by reading, typing, and navigating through applications while speaking with customers.
* Ability to communicate effectively with customers, management, and coworkers. * Proven record of great attendance and teamwork. * High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred. Technical Requirements As a remote 1099 Independent Contractor, you'll need to meet the following technical requirements: * Two screens (monitors or a monitor and a laptop) * Windows 10 or 11 Home or Pro OS desktop or laptop (no Macs or Chromebooks) * Hardwired internet connection directly to router (no WiFi) * High-speed internet: minimum 45 Mbps download/10 Mbps upload * Working computer camera * USB or wired headset with volume control and mute function
Compensation and Benefits As a 1099 Independent Contractor, you'll receive: * Pay: $14.00 per hour (production) and $12.00 per hour (training) * Work schedule: Monday – Friday, 9 AM – 6:00 PM * Training: 10 days, Monday – Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM * Benefits: + 401(k) + Dental insurance + Flexible schedule + Health insurance + Paid time off + Referral program + Vision insurance + Work from home
