Remote Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you will be responsible for the following key tasks: * Data Entry: Insert data by inputting text-based and numerical information from source documents within time limits, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail. * Data Verification: Compile, verify accuracy, and sort information according to priorities to prepare source data for computer entry.
* Error Correction: Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities if possible, and check output to ensure accuracy. * Research and Information Gathering: Research and obtain further information for incomplete documents, ensuring that all necessary data is collected and accurate. * Data Program Techniques: Apply data program techniques and procedures to ensure efficient and accurate data entry. * Report Generation: Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations, and perform backup operations to ensure data security.
* Document Scanning and Printing: Scan documents and print files as needed, ensuring that all documents are accurately and securely stored. * Confidentiality: Maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information, adhering to arenaflex's strict data protection policies. * Customer Service: Respond to queries for information and access relevant files, providing exceptional customer service to our clients and colleagues. * Equipment Maintenance: Ensure proper use of working equipment and address any malfunctions, maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
Qualifications To be successful as a
