Key Responsibilities As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for: * Addressing inbound customer questions and concerns arriving via phone and email * Owning the entire interaction with that customer and providing total resolution for their needs * Working with other arenaflex associates, product managers, and partners to gather information, resolve customer needs, and improve processes * Investigating and resolving customer inquiries related to their orders or shipments * Updating systems and documenting all interactions with customers, associates, and partners * Providing order status, checking inventory, scheduling returns, filing shipping claims, notating accounts, troubleshooting problems, handling complaints, and assisting with billing inquiries * Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and ensuring that all customer interactions are handled professionally and efficiently Duties & Requirements To succeed in this role, you'll need to: * Efficiently and professionally communicate with customers and assist them with their needs * Possess strong phone contact handling and active listening skills * Demonstrate excellent written communication and comprehension * Be skilled at consistently providing outstanding customer service and following through on responsibilities or promises made to customers * Exhibit independent decision-making skills with the ability to handle and resolve complex issues * Display a conversational, patient, and confident demeanor with a positive attitude * Be able to stay composed and objective with an angry customer, and de-escalate issues as needed * Be motivated to create and perpetuate a team environment in the workplace and among other associates * Demonstrate the ability to complete projects and assignments accurately in a fast-paced environment * Be able to use Windows-based systems, digital soft phones, and familiarity with CRM systems and practices Competencies and Skills To excel in this role, you'll need: * 2+ years of previous customer service experience in a phone/email contact center * A high school diploma or GED * Experience in a performance-based or metric-driven environment * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively * Basic knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Explorer, and Outlook * Ability to organize, prioritize, and work under time constraints
