Summary: A premier healthcare organization in Houston is looking for an Epic Inpatient Willow Analyst to enhance pharmacy operations by integrating Epic Willow with point-of-sale systems and supporting new store builds. The role requires a blend of technical skills and clinical pharmacy knowledge to optimize workflows and improve patient care. Candidates can work remotely from any state or time zone, provided they are comfortable with Central Standard Time (CST). Key Responsibilities: Manage and resolve break/fix tickets to ensure system reliability and minimize downtime.

Handle optimization requests to improve workflows, enhance user experience, and increase efficiency. Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of Epic Willow for four upcoming retail pharmacy locations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate point-of-sale systems and ensure compliance with healthcare IT standards. Partner with pharmacy staff and healthcare providers to align system functionality with clinical needs. Provide technical guidance and training to end-users, ensuring smooth adoption of new builds and optimizations.

Key Skills: Epic Willow Inpatient Certification (mandatory). Proven experience building out new retail pharmacy stores. Strong background with Point of Sale (POS) systems. Minimum of 2 years of experience in Healthcare IT (Epic experience preferred but not required). PharmD license highly preferred.
