Crossover is seeking a Quality Assurance Automation Engineer to join IgniteTech, a company focused on transforming quality assurance through AI capabilities. The role involves designing AI-driven test automation frameworks and leveraging automation technologies to enhance product delivery cycles while minimizing defects. Responsibilities • Design and sustain AI-driven test automation frameworks that produce test cases, scripts, and datasets for thorough validation processes • Apply GenAI technologies to evaluate testing results, detect defect patterns, and deliver actionable recommendations for ongoing enhancement • Model user interactions, load conditions, and boundary scenarios to detect potential failures before they reach end users • Leverage AI and automation technologies to accelerate product delivery cycles and minimize defect rates Skills • AI-First Mindset (if your default approach is to write code initially and subsequently apply AI tools for verification or refinement, rather than starting with AI, this role is not appropriate for you) • Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in QA automation • Demonstrated proficiency with Selenium and at least one of these programming languages: Python, Java, JavaScript • Hands-on professional experience applying AI tools to automate quality assurance processes • Working knowledge of bolthires/CD systems, including Jenkins or GitHub Actions Company Overview • Crossover is a global recruitment company, founded in 2014.
