About the position

This role supports the day-to-day administration of U.S. and global benefits and leave programs, with a strong emphasis on employee support, process execution, and operational accuracy. The work is highly hands-on and service-oriented, focused on helping employees navigate benefits and leave while keeping programs running smoothly and consistently. Responsibilities β€’ Administers day-to-day benefits and leave processes, including enrollments, terminations, claims, COBRA, FMLA, disability, and employee support.

β€’ Serves as a primary point of contact for employee benefits and leave questions, providing timely, clear, and supportive guidance. β€’ Maintains accurate and confidential employee, benefits, and leave records. β€’ Supports compliance with benefits and leave regulations, escalating issues as needed. β€’ Assists with 401(k) administration and supports global retirement and pension programs. β€’ Partners with Payroll to ensure accurate deductions, contributions, and timely processing. β€’ Coordinates benefits billing, reconciliations, standard reporting, and approvals.

β€’ Works with brokers and vendors to support ongoing administration and issue resolution. β€’ Reviews file feeds and reports, flags discrepancies, and takes routine action. β€’ Supports global benefits administration by assisting with employee inquiries and program operations across regions. β€’ Documents and maintains benefits and leave procedures and supports employee-facing communications. β€’ Identifies small, practical process improvements while maintaining strict confidentiality. β€’ Provides backup support for compensation analyst on total rewards team.

Requirements β€’ 3–5 years of hands-on experience in benefits and/or leave administration, or equivalent HR experience. β€’ Solid working knowledge of U.S. benefits and leave regulations (ERISA, FMLA, COBRA, HIPAA). β€’ Experience administering benefits in ADP or a similar HRIS. β€’ ented, and not afraid of a spreadsheet. β€’ Strong communicator with a service-first mindset who enjoys supporting employees and answering questions. β€’ Experience working with brokers, vendors, or insurance carriers in a support role.
