Senior Manager, Strategy & Business Analytics will support the company’s growth by turning data into insights, building analytics, and aiding in the development of long-range strategic plans. Responsibilities • Analyzes key performance metrics and identifies trends, risks, and opportunities • Translates analytics into recommendations and insights to inform financial planning and strategic decision-making • Owns long-range revenue projections, based on assessment of KPIs and strategic initiatives • Builds scenario analyses to evaluate strategic initiatives and assess trade-offs • Pressure-tests assumptions and collaborates with Finance on budgeting and forecasting cycles • Supports development of MicroTransponder’s long-term strategic roadmap, including product pipeline, clinical roadmap, and geographic expansion roadmap • Conducts market opportunity assessments, unmet needs assessments, and competitive analyses • Supports business development, including assessment and execution of partnerships and M&A • Partners with R&D, Clinical, Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Finance to assess business performance and execute key initiatives • Supports the VP of Strategy & Growth on development and execution of strategic initiatives • Additional duties as assigned Skills • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field • 8+ years of relevant experience in corporate strategy, business analytics, consulting, corporate development, or commercial strategy within MedTech, healthcare, or life sciences • Advanced quantitative analysis and financial modeling capability (Excel) • Advanced data visualization capabilities (Tableau) • Ability to structure ambiguous problems, synthesize insights, and present recommendations tailored to senior-level audiences • Experience conducting market opportunity assessments, including TAM/SAM/SOM sizing and competitive analyses • Executive-ready communication skills, both written and verbal • Ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams without direct authority • Strong narrative and presentation-building skills • Advanced degree (e.g., M.S., Ph.D., MBA) or management consulting experience strongly preferred Benefits • Medical, dental and vision plans • FSA • 401(k) plan with company matching • Unlimited Paid Time Off (PTO) program • Approximately 15 paid company holidays per year Company Overview • MicroTransponder is a medical device company that develops and commercializes neurostimulation devices to treat neurological diseases.
