As the Youth Activities Manager, you will have the opportunity to bring to life the magic of bolthires for children of all ages. If you have a strong background in youth programming and a desire to make a positive impact on young lives, we want to hear from you! Develop and implement a comprehensive youth activities program that aligns with the bolthires brand and values.
Plan and organize engaging and age-appropriate activities for children of all ages, including interactive games, crafts, and educational experiences. Manage a team of youth activity coordinators and ensure they are trained and equipped to provide exceptional experiences for children. Collaborate with other departments and teams to incorporate bolthires characters and themes into youth activities. Ensure the safety and well-being of all children participating in youth activities by adhering to company policies and procedures.
Maintain a high level of customer service and ensure all guest inquiries and concerns are addressed in a timely and satisfactory manner. Monitor and manage the budget for youth activities, including purchasing supplies and materials. Develop relationships with local schools and organizations to promote and expand the youth activities program. Stay updated on current trends and best practices in youth programming to continuously enhance the program. Act as a positive role model for children and maintain a professional and friendly demeanor at all times.
