Real Estate Foreclosure Research Analyst Flat Fee Per Property Job Description We are building a repeatable research function to support high volume residential property acquisitions. You will receive individual property addresses via Slack. For each address, you are required to return a complete foreclosure and title research package identical in scope and structure to the attached sample report. This is not open ended analysis. This is a standardized deliverable with defined inputs and outputs. Accuracy and consistency matter more than speed.
Scope of Work Per Property You must deliver a full written report that includes, at minimum, the following components reflected in the attached sample package: Property identification and parcel data Current owner and vesting information Complete chain of title review Mortgage and assignment history Active foreclosure case details including case number division and status Reinstatement analysis and arrears calculation Recorded liens including IRS or federal liens if present Equity calculation using the same methodology as the sample Supporting source documentation screenshots or PDFs
The format and depth must match the attached foreclosure underwriting cover sheet and search notes exactly Foreclosure_Cover_Sheet - 8348 … Workflow Properties will be sent via Slack one at a time or in small batches Each property requires a single consolidated report You will upload the completed report back to Slack No partial submissions
Compensation Structure Hourly rate set at $20 per hour You will always bill exactly one hour per property It does not matter if the report takes 20 minutes or 90 minutes Each completed report equals $20 flat Billing is per report not per actual time spent
This structure is intentional and non negotiable.
