Froedtert Health is a regional health network that collaborates with the Medical College of Wisconsin to provide patient care and medical research. They are seeking a Financial Analyst to support data analysis, benchmarking efforts, and financial improvements across multiple hospital sites. Responsibilities • Provide observations and interpretation of data compiled from a variety of sources including: scorecards, operational metrics and statistics, general ledger and payroll • Support Vizient hospital benchmarking efforts across multiple hospital sites as well as participate in identification and implementation of improvement efforts with operational leaders • Participate in data collection from multiple sources and submit to the operational database • Meet with department operational leaders to educate on benchmarking, review inputs and interpret quarterly results • Produce management reports and senior leader presentations of benchmarking results • Participate in ad hoc projects for hospital financial improvements Skills • A minimum of 1 year of experience in financial analysis or healthcare environment is required • Bachelor's degree is required • Understands the technical aspects and interfaces between General Accounting, Managed Care, Reimbursement, Patient Accounting, Patient Services, Financial Planning, and Information Systems as it relates to the job functions Benefits • Paid time off • Growth opportunity-
