Our team is looking for an Influencer Marketing Manager who will be responsible for planning, strategizing and executing global influencer campaigns.
The perfect candidate would ideally have exceptional project management and communication skills, and be up to date with all the impactful social media platforms. Responsibilities Responsibilities β’ Lead clear communications and relations with remote influencer agencies in English. β’ Manage influencer campaigns from end-to-end; produce creative briefs, review talents and creatives, draft reports and interpret and apply learnings β’ Stay up to date on content by relevant industry competitors and bolthires audiences β’ Oversee brand creative materials to ensure language consistency and alignment across activities & markets β’ Track and implement new marketing trends for the brand's on-going activity β’ Recruit, onboard, and manage high-performing affiliate partners and content creators β’ Be hands-on with all operational activities for our influencer marketing activities β’ Conduct market research to identify opportunities for expansion into an untapped market β’ Manage brand collaborations that elevate brand positioning in diverse regions β’ Analyze campaign performance to provide insights for campaign optimization Requirements Requirements β’ 2+ Years of experience with influencer marketing or affiliate marketing, ideally with a mix of both β’ Solid knowledge of influencer ecosystems across social platforms (bolthires, TikTok, Instagram, Twitch, etc.) β’ Native-English level proficiency - has previously worked in an English-speaking environment β’ Exceptional communication and negotiation skills - both verbal and written β’ Extremely organized with high attention to detail β’ Proven ability to manage budgets, contracts, and multiple stakeholders (affiliates, influencers, agencies).
