The Vega Life Agency partners with one of the fastest-growing insurance brokerages in the country. We help clients who have requested information about protecting their families. This is a remote, flexible, independent contractor role with active mentorship and a proven virtual sales system. We offer a structured onboarding process, mentorship from experienced professionals, and an efficient lead system so agents can serve families without cold calling. Life/Health license is NOT required to apply What You Will Do • Contact and consult with warm leads (no cold calling) • Assess client needs and recommend life insurance solutions • Guide clients through the application process via phone/Zoom • Follow a structured sales system while working independently
Compensation 1099 – 100% commission.
Compensation varies based on activity level and performance. • Competitive APV-based commissions • Paid at issue, with additional months 10–12 renewals • Carrier bonuses and performance incentives • Advancement opportunities for those who choose to mentor others (No earnings are guaranteed. Results vary by individual effort.) Preferred Experience Candidates who thrive here often have backgrounds in: • Sales (retail, B2B, automotive, home services, or inside sales) • Customer-facing roles (banking, hospitality, real estate, call center) • Coaching, teaching, management, or leadership roles • Self-directed or entrepreneurial-style work • High-level communication and people skills Qualifications • Strong communication and client-service skills • Ability to work independently in a remote environment • Professional maturity, reliability, and follow-through • Must be willing and able to complete the state licensing process • No degree required No agent’s success, earnings, or production results should be viewed as typical, average, or expected.
Not all agents achieve the same or similar results, and no particular results are guaranteed. Your level of success will be determined by several factors, including the amount of work you put in, your ability to successfully follow and implement our training and sales system and engage with our lead system, and the insurance needs of the customers in the geographic areas in which you choose to work. Job Type: Contract Pay: $2,500.00 - $10,000.00 per month
