The Training Specialist for Salesforce at Molina Healthcare is responsible for supporting various training initiatives, utilizing strong organizational and project management skills. This role involves facilitating both in-person and virtual training sessions, managing the learning management system (LMS), and ensuring effective training delivery and evaluation. Responsibilities • Oversee the learning management system (LMS) and serve as the primary administrator. • Provide help desk support by troubleshooting and responding to requests and questions.
• Manage program logistics and coordination for all major training initiatives. • Maintain a library of training materials and resources for accurate tracking and recall. • Collect and generate metrics on training consumption to evaluate learning effectiveness. • Prepare reports and analysis, including ad-hoc reports monthly to uncover areas for improvements. • Continuously seek and support new approaches to improve the efficiency of training services offered. • Facilitate scheduled in-person and virtual training sessions.
