Job Summary As a Customer Care Representative on our weekend shift, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to arenaflex customers via phone, chat, and email.

You will work independently to resolve unique problems, think outside the box to come up with new ideas, and collaborate with your team to achieve our goals. Key Responsibilities: * Respond to customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email in a timely and professional manner * Resolve customer complaints and issues in a fair and efficient manner * Provide product information and recommendations to customers * Collaborate with team members to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals * Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and product knowledge * Work independently to resolve unique problems and think outside the box to come up with new ideas * Maintain accurate records and reports as required Essential

Qualifications: * High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred * 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment * Excellent communication and problem-solving skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong product knowledge and ability to learn quickly * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities * Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software Preferred
