Job Summary We're seeking an experienced Data Entry Clerk to in California, USA. As a Data Entry Clerk, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing transactions accurately, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Key Responsibilities * Provide exceptional customer service by greeting clients warmly, listening to their needs, and resolving potential issues promptly * Process transactions accurately, handling cash, checks, and credit card exchanges with precision while following company policies and procedures * Maintain a clean and organized store environment by restocking shelves, checking in merchandise, updating pricing information, and completing stock management tasks as assigned by senior management * Support opening and closing store activities, as required * Provide customer care to all departments, including photo and beauty, ensuring they are fully stocked and functional while staying up-to-date with all new services and tools * Assist pharmacy staff as needed, including performing routine tasks in the pharmacy as part of opportunities for growth and career development * Embrace and promote new bolthires services and loyalty programs that support our mission of helping people on their path to better health * Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and provide a positive shopping experience for clients Essential Qualifications * High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required * Previous experience in a retail or customer service setting is a plus * Ability to stay on your feet for extended periods * Lifting and carrying up to 35 pounds occasionally, up to 10 pounds frequently, and negligible amounts regularly to move objects to and from, including above lifting * Visual acuity to perform tasks such as seeing a workstation, reading, and visual examination including small parts/details Preferred Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in a related field * Previous experience in a data entry or administrative role * Proficiency in computer software and systems, including bolthires Office and data entry applications * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities Skills and Competencies * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities * Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and transaction processing * Ability to lift and carry up to 35 pounds occasionally and up to 10 pounds frequently * Visual acuity to perform tasks such as seeing a workstation, reading, and visual examination including small parts/details * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
