As a Customer Service Representative, you'll have the opportunity to build, grow, and unleash your full potential in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. What You'll Do: As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll engage directly with pharmacy customers who contact us for a variety of topics, primarily via inbound calls and other communication platforms. Your responsibilities will include: * Researching and problem-solving to determine appropriate solutions for the customer and following up as needed to resolve issues * Going above and beyond to "wow" our customers and provide exceptional service * Adhering to high safety and regulatory standards while engaging with customers and providing solutions * Collaborating with our team to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer issues What You'll Need: To succeed in this role, you'll need: * 1-2 years of experience working in a customer-focused environment * Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage with customers and think critically to provide solutions * The ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively * Flexibility to shift schedule and work overtime as needed * The ability to pass a background check for a KY Rx Tech license * A commitment to being your best and providing exceptional service to our customers Essential Skills and Competencies: * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively * Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills * Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities * Strong customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences * Ability to work independently and as part of a team Preferred
Qualifications: * Experience working in a pharmacy or pet care environment * Knowledge of pharmacy regulations and safety standards * Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software * Certification in customer service or a related field
