Job Summary As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you'll play a vital role in supporting our crew across all disciplines. You'll work closely with our Art, Layout, and Engineering teams to identify workflow inefficiencies, pain points, and challenges in our development process.
Your expertise will help us streamline our processes, enhance team performance, and create high-quality games that exceed our players' expectations. Key Responsibilities * Collaborate with our crew to identify workflow inefficiencies, pain points, and challenges in our development process * Work with our Art, Layout, and Engineering teams to generate candidate solutions, weigh tradeoffs, and implement the selected answer * Assist in the development, preservation, and extension of arenaflex's proprietary engine-specific and custom gear * Build and guide custom asset pipelines to enhance our game development process * Grow arenaflex's proprietary libraries, tools, and technologies across game engines and structures * Proactively identify areas for improvement in our development process across disciplines * Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our game development pipeline and tools Essential Qualifications * A strong passion for empowering others to do their best work * Experience with the overall device lifecycle, including identifying issues, comparing capacity answers, implementing tools, and evaluating their effectiveness * Proficiency in operating with custom standalone gear * Enjoy growing gear that can be utilized by multiple game development disciplines * Strong programming skills in C#, C++, Python, JavaScript, and Net Tech * Ability to work efficiently in a self-directed environment Preferred Qualifications * Experience with custom game engines, including Unreal and Unity * Familiarity with JavaScript and Net Tech * Experience with required utility materials * A resume outlining applicable experience Skills and Competencies * Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and address workflow inefficiencies * Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams * Strong analytical skills, with the ability to weigh tradeoffs and make informed decisions * Proficiency in operating with custom standalone gear * Ability to work efficiently in a self-directed environment * Strong programming skills in C#, C++, Python, JavaScript, and Net Tech
