Key Responsibilities As a Customer Service Representative on our overnight shift, you'll be responsible for: * Engaging with clients through both outbound and inbound calls, providing personalized support and solutions to their queries and concerns.

* Analyzing and appraising loan applications using various software tools, ensuring a smooth loan processing experience for our clients. * Ensuring precise documentation of all account interactions, maintaining accurate and confidential customer records. * Communicating clearly and effectively, providing timely and relevant information to customers, and resolving issues promptly. * Maintaining professionalism, sensitivity, and tact during customer interactions, even in challenging situations. * Handling card payments and processing financial transactions with accuracy, ensuring seamless payment arrangements.

* Staying informed about the latest in lending practices and financial services, applying this knowledge to enhance customer experiences. * Creating and updating customer records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. * Meeting and exceeding monthly performance goals as established by management, demonstrating your commitment to excellence. Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll need: * A high school diploma or equivalent. * A strong customer service orientation and excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.

* Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, with the capacity to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner. * Proficiency in bolthires Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and internet applications, with the ability to navigate various software tools. * The ability to work under pressure, manage difficult situations with courtesy and calm, and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment. * Effective multitasking skills, capable of managing conversations while entering data, and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications While not required, previous experience in financial services or customer support can be beneficial in this role. Familiarity with cloud-based technologies and systems can also be an asset, as we continue to innovate and improve our services. Working Conditions

This position requires: * Sitting and talking for extended periods, with regular breaks to maintain your physical and mental well-being. * Working on a fixed overnight schedule from 11 PM to 7 AM, with flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances.

* A remote work setup, following the initial training period, which will be conducted from 8 AM to 5 PM.
