About the Role We are seeking an experienced On-Site Customer Service Representative to join our winning team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for assuring and improving communication between the warehouse and the customer service team, ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of support and service. Your exceptional communication and problem-solving skills will enable you to build strong relationships with our clients, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions to meet their expectations.

Key Responsibilities Assure and improve communication between the warehouse and the customer service team to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to our clients. Follow up on transactions effectively to ensure that agreed quantities of products are delivered to the customer as set out in the sales offer/order, at the agreed place and time. Process orders in SAP, including different order types, and send order confirmation to customers, confirming delivery dates based on ATP, partial delivery allowed, etc.

Monitor customer backorders in conjunction with the customer, warehouse, supply and demand, credit control, purchase, and forwarder teams. Maintain planned shipping days, handling delays, customer requests, and other issues that may arise. Handle customer order cancellations, monitor call-off orders, and address non-conformities and complaints in a professional and timely manner. Provide exceptional customer care, handling customer questions effectively and in a service-oriented manner, and following up on actions requested in sales representatives' call reports.

Inform customers about changed delivery times and equivalent products, and file and maintain accurate records and documentation. Essential Qualifications Customer-oriented experience with a focus on details and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. PC skills, including MS Office, and experience with SAP (desirable). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders. Problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box to resolve complex issues.

Experience in international calls and a strong understanding of cultural diversity and sensitivity. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a similar industry or sector. Knowledge of salesforce and experience with CRM systems. Fluency in multiple languages, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds. Experience with data analysis and reporting, with the ability to provide insights and recommendations to improve customer service and business operations.
