Key Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries via live chat, providing accurate and timely support to ensure that our customers receive the assistance they need in a prompt and professional manner. Assist customers with questions related to shipping rates, return policies, product availability, and more, ensuring that they have a comprehensive understanding of our products and services. Log in to the chat platform at the beginning of your shift and manage incoming chat requests until the end of your session, ensuring that all customer inquiries are addressed in a timely and efficient manner. Contract Length and

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following requirements: No prior experience in chat support is required, as comprehensive training will be provided to all new hires to ensure that you have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in this position. Access to a reliable device (phone, tablet, laptop) capable of handling chat functions, ensuring that you can provide seamless support to our customers. Ability to work independently and adhere to guidelines and instructions, demonstrating your ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
Availability to work at least 5 hours per week, with the flexibility to choose your own hours, allowing you to balance your work and personal commitments. Hours and Location:
