Key Responsibilities As a Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for: * Conducting records submission and clerical tasks requiring the use of various job approaches and treatments, as well as familiarity with plan features, services, policies, and processes.

* Serving as the primary point of contact for customers, providing support via phone or in-person, and addressing a range of support plans and services. * Placing outbound customer contacts, following up with emails, and responding to basic inquiries. * Updating and maintaining customer call data, including improving and following up on customer support logs and all customer profiles. * Managing support; profile page creation/updating. * Filing, information access, and document production. * Creating and updating customer service issue tickets.

* Supporting the preparation of all correspondence associated with the customer assistance process and managing unique management ventures, as well as overflow work from teams, including word-processing, data entry, and Internet research jobs. * Managing the company's lobby area: greeting and directing all visitors, merchants, clients, job applicants, and customers. Straight and seat all visitors to their appointed offices and conference room and alert staff members of their arrival/appointment. * General office roles feature but are not limited to submitting, data access, spreadsheet/report maintenance, mailings, and task job.

* Responsible for checking out supply products. Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll need: * To work remotely with a stable internet connection and a dedicated workspace. * Proficiency in the MS Office Suite. * Outstanding oral and written communication skills. * Proven ability to follow guidelines and company policies to perform critical work functions. * Demonstrated analytical capabilities. * The ability to multitask, prioritize requests, and work with minimal oversight. * High interest in detail and sturdy organizational skills.

* Problem-solving capabilities; lively, centered, and capable to multitask. * The potential to partner with minimum oversight and solve internal concerns. Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial: * Experience in customer support or a related field. * Familiarity with CRM software and data management systems. * Strong typing skills (at least 40 wpm). * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities. * Experience with document production and filing systems.
