Job Summary As an Entry-Level Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in supporting our research and development initiatives.
You'll be responsible for completing a variety of tasks, including data entry, micro tasks, online focus groups, product testing, research trials, and more. This is a unique opportunity to work from home, part-time, and earn extra cash while having the flexibility to work on your own schedule. Key Responsibilities * Complete data entry tasks, including online surveys, product testing, and research trials * Participate in online focus groups and provide feedback on various products and services * Conduct product testing and provide detailed feedback on usability, functionality, and overall experience * Complete micro tasks, including data entry, content moderation, and transcription services * Participate in research trials and provide feedback on various products and services * Utilize bolthires Word or Excel to keep yourself organized and track progress * Meet productivity and quality standards, including typing a minimum of 25 words per minute Essential Qualifications * Education varies by study, but all education levels are accepted * Current USA resident * Ability to speak, read, and understand English (Spanish a plus, as more opportunities are available) * Ability to focus and follow through on tasks * Reliable computer, laptop, or mobile device with a stable internet connection * bolthires Word or Excel helpful as a tool to keep yourself organized, but not mandatory Preferred Qualifications * Backgrounds in Customer Service, Administrative Assisting, Sales, and Sales Support * Experience with data entry, content moderation, and transcription services * Familiarity with online survey tools and research methodologies * Strong communication and interpersonal skills Skills and Competencies * Strong typing skills, including a minimum of 25 words per minute * Ability to work independently and manage time effectively * Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity standards * Familiarity with bolthires Word or Excel and online survey tools
