Professional to join our MinuteClinic team.
As a key member of our virtual care and patient support services, you'll have the opportunity to provide high-quality, patient-centered care to your community. Responsibilities As a Full Stack Medical Professional, you'll be responsible for: * Providing comprehensive, patient-centered care, including precise evaluation, diagnosis, treatment, management of medical conditions, health guidance, and attitude planning for our patients.
* Meeting regulatory obligations, including opening and closing the clinic, stocking, patient flow, checking insurance and collecting payment, and maintaining a clean environment. * Managing patient appointments and performing guiding assessments to ensure positive patient health outcomes. * Performing duties such as discussing healthy lifestyle choices with patients, conducting diagnostic tests to help diagnose and treat patients for injuries or diseases, and planning with other healthcare professionals to maintain a comprehensive care plan.
* Encouraging patients to become active participants in their healthcare and well-being through services like health screenings, social health, and chronic condition management. Required Capabilities To be successful in this role, you'll need: * A graduate degree level Family Nurse Practitioner program with current National Board Accreditation and State of Practice licensure to practice in the
Advanced Practice Nurse role. * Or, in select states, a Master of Science in Doctor of Nursing Practice (or other healthcare-related graduate degree or equivalent experience along with a Bachelor of Science in Doctor of Nursing Practice) with current National Board Accreditation and State of Practice licensure to practice in the job.
* At least two years of clinically relevant experience or equivalent. * Completion of the Spoke certification test within 30 days of employment. * The ability to speak and write in multiple languages, including Spanish (dependent on market). * Essential Life Support (BLS) certification, including but not limited to, performing CPR and operating an Automated External Defibrillator (AED). * Passing a FIT assessment and wearing the provided respirator mask when required. Preferred Capabilities If you have less than one year of work experience as a licensed provider, prior student precepting experience with MinuteClinic is preferred but not required.
