Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our arenaflex Body Fix Program team. As an Impact Client Support Delegate, you will play a critical role in supporting our Inward Body Shop in all aspects of its Approved Impact Program. This is a full-time remote position, offering a competitive salary of $25/hour and a dynamic work environment that fosters growth and development.

Key Responsibilities * Provide work planning support to the Inward Body Shop, ensuring seamless coordination and communication with Client Guarantee Trained professionals. * Facilitate vehicle appearance arrangements, including twist and CCC organization appearance, to meet client expectations. * Develop and maintain effective client correspondence and assumption, ensuring timely resolution of issues and concerns. * Coordinate rental arrangements and hand-offs, ensuring smooth vehicle announcements and transitions.

* Reorder materials and supplies as needed, ensuring efficient repair and delivery processes. * Conduct repair surveys and conveyance, ensuring high-quality workmanship and client satisfaction. What You'll Bring * A Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Crash Fix or a related discipline. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to follow instructions and work independently in a fast-paced environment. * bolthires Office experience is a plus, as you will be required to use various software applications to perform your duties.
