Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our arenaflex Body Fix Program team. As an Impact Client Support Delegate, you will play a critical role in supporting our Inward Body Shop in all aspects of its Approved Impact Program. This is a full-time remote position, offering a competitive salary of $25/hour and a dynamic work environment that fosters growth and development.
Key Responsibilities * Provide work planning support to the Inward Body Shop, ensuring seamless coordination and communication with Client Guarantee Trained professionals. * Facilitate vehicle appearance arrangements, including twist and CCC organization appearance, to meet client expectations. * Develop and maintain effective client correspondence and assumption, ensuring timely resolution of issues and concerns. * Coordinate rental arrangements and hand-offs, ensuring smooth vehicle announcements and transitions.
* Reorder materials and supplies as needed, ensuring efficient repair and delivery processes. * Conduct repair surveys and conveyance, ensuring high-quality workmanship and client satisfaction. What You'll Bring * A Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Crash Fix or a related discipline. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to follow instructions and work independently in a fast-paced environment. * bolthires Office experience is a plus, as you will be required to use various software applications to perform your duties.
* The ability to train and develop others, ensuring a high level of customer service and support. * A willingness to work in a crash shop environment, with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities. * Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues. Essential Qualifications * 2+ years of experience in a customer service or related role, preferably in the automotive industry. * Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service, with a focus on client satisfaction and loyalty.
