Key Responsibilities Picking and packing orders: Pick orders that come through the app, pack the order, and hand it off to our drivers. Inventory and deterioration management: Stock receivables and manage inventory, including expiration dates.
Warehouse maintenance: Clean and organize the warehouse to ensure a safe and efficient working environment. Customer enchantment: Ensure that replacements are approved with the customer and provide exceptional customer support. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to have: A high school diploma or GED equivalent. A proven history of success in a retail environment. Excellent communication and customer service skills. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
