Key Responsibilities As a Customer Experience Representative at arenaflex, your responsibilities will include: * Answering incoming calls from customers and responding to requests about installation, disconnection, or changes to service * Identifying customer needs and proactively offering our products and services * Investigating and resolving customer inquiries and disputes on service, billing, rates, adjustments, and policy issues * Responding to requests from customers about arenaflex products and services * Verifying service order accuracy and completeness and making corrections/changes as needed * Negotiating the collection of overdue bills * Working evenings, weekends, holidays, and unscheduled shifts as determined by the needs of the business What We're Looking For We're seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional service experiences.
You'll have: * A dedication to customer service excellence with amazing communication skills and a positive, professional attitude * The ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment and enjoy helping customers connect to the digital world * Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve complex customer issues * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues Preferred Qualifications While we're open to considering candidates from a variety of backgrounds, we're particularly interested in those with: * Related Associate Degree or 2+ years' relevant experience * Customer Service call center experience * Previous collections experience Skills and Competencies To succeed in this role, you'll need: * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks * Proficiency in CRM software and other customer service tools * Strong attention to detail and accuracy * Ability to work independently and as part of a team
