Job Summary As a Full Stack Data Entry Clerk / Customer Support Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, handling a wide range of tasks, and working closely with our team to ensure seamless execution.
This is a remote work opportunity, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home while still being an integral part of our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities * Place outbound customer contacts, follow-up emails to customers, and respond to basic inquiries * Update and maintain customer call data source, including improving and following up on customer support logs and all customer profiles * Manage support; profile page creation/updating * Filing, Information access, and Document production * Create and update customer service issue tickets * Support in the preparation of all correspondence associated with the customer assistance process and manage unique management ventures, in addition to overflow work from teams including word-processing, data entry, and Internet research jobs * Manage the business's lobby area: Greet and direct all visitors, merchants, clients, work applicants, and customers.
Straight and seat all visitors to their appointed offices and conference room and alert staff members of their arrival/appointment * General office roles feature but are not limited to submitting, data access, spreadsheet/report maintenance, mailings, and task job * Responsible for checking out supply products Essential Qualifications * Work Remotely * MS Office Suite proficient * Outstanding oral and written communication skills * Proven ability to follow guidelines and company policies to perform critical work functions * Demonstrated analytical capabilities * Energetic and focused with the skills to multi-task and prioritize requests * Higher interest to particular and sturdy organizational skills are required * Problem-solving capacities; lively, centered, and capable to multitask * Have the potential to partner with minimum oversight and solve internal concerns Preferred Qualifications * Experience in customer support or a related field * Familiarity with CRM software and other customer support tools * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Skills and Competencies * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines * Strong organizational and time management skills * Ability to multitask and prioritize requests * Familiarity with CRM software and other customer support tools * Proficient in MS Office Suite
