Key Responsibilities As a remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing top-tier customer service to passengers, addressing inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and professionally.
Your key responsibilities will include: * Providing exceptional customer service to passengers, addressing inquiries, requests, and concerns in a timely and professional manner. * Assisting passengers with flight reservations, changes, cancellations, and itinerary updates. * Handling baggage-related inquiries, tracking, and lost luggage claims. * Facilitating check-in procedures, ensuring a smooth and efficient process. * Providing information on flight schedules, destinations, and travel policies. * Resolving passenger issues with a friendly and solution-oriented approach.
* Collaborating with various departments to ensure a seamless travel experience for our passengers. Required Skills To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualifications: * Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. * Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset. * Ability to work remotely and independently while maintaining high productivity. * Proficiency in using reservation and ticketing software. * Flexibility to work in a 24/7 operation with rotating shifts and weekends.
