Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for delivering top-notch customer service to our passengers, ensuring their inquiries are handled promptly and professionally. Your key responsibilities will include: * Responding promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, providing accurate and helpful information to resolve their concerns.
* Assisting customers with booking reservations, managing existing bookings, and resolving issues related to their travel experience. * Providing accurate information regarding flight schedules, fares, policies, and procedures, ensuring that customers have a seamless travel experience. * Handling complaints and concerns with empathy and efficiency, striving to exceed customer expectations and build loyalty. * Collaborating with other departments to resolve complex customer issues effectively, ensuring that customers receive the support they need.
