Key Responsibilities Provide personalized customer service by anticipating client needs, demonstrating empathy and care in all interactions, and proactively resolving potential issues Focus on delivering a warm and welcoming experience to our customers, including greeting them, offering assistance, and ensuring their needs are met Accurately perform cashier duties, handling cash, checks, and credit card transactions with precision while following company policies and procedures Maintain the sales floor by restocking shelves, checking in merchandise, updating pricing information, and completing inventory management tasks as directed by senior management Support opening and closing store activities, as required, to ensure a seamless customer experience Provide customer care to all departments, including photo and beauty, ensuring they are fully stocked and operational while staying up-to-date with all updated services and tools Assist pharmacy staff as needed, including working regular shifts in the pharmacy as part of opportunities for growth and career development Embrace and advocate for new arenaflex services and loyalty programs that support our mission of helping people on their path to better health Essential Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Ability to stand for sustained periods, lift up to 35 lbs of force occasionally, and move objects to and from, including above lifting Visual acuity to perform activities such as seeing a workstation, reading, and visual inspection, including small parts/details Preferred Qualifications Prior experience in a retail or customer service setting High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required Skills and Competencies To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
