The role supports the recovery of healthcare payments by handling inbound calls, initiating new files, and identifying potential subrogation claims as part of the Data Mining Groupβs Research and Creation Team. Responsibilities Answer inbound ACD call line and provide professional customer service to members and insurance companies Create new claim files with accurate and complete information Regularly access client systems to gather information for inventory creation Use multiple computer systems to review claim data efficiently Skills High School diploma, GED, or equivalent education and experience in health insurance, legal, property and casualty, or related fields preferred
