The Customer Account Lifecycle Analyst will manage asset records and enhance customer satisfaction by overseeing the order-to-invoice relationship and leading digitalization projects. Responsibilities Own the order-to-invoice relationship with external customers for asset, service contract and T&M events Lead improvement and digitalization projects within the organization leveraging tools like Robotic Process Automation, PowerBI, and Winshuttle Build relationships with internal customers such as Sales Reps, Regional Service Managers; Performance Controlling to effectively manage assigned territory Collaborate with Collections department as needed to facilitate payment from customers for disputed invoices Conduct and support problem research using CAPA processes and RCCA (Root Cause & Corrective Action) tools and methodologies Understand IFRS rules and research booking activity to determine appropriate action to resolve discrepancies Skills Experience with process improvement, digitalization, project management or similar functions Analytical skills, with ability to apply problem solving techniques, creativity, and critical thinking to drive continuous improvement Understanding of basic accounting and finance principles Ability to work with business analytics tools, conduct data analysis and recommend solutions Proficient with MS Office tools (Excel required) Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate and work with all organizational levels Strong change management capabilities BS/BA in business or related field preferred PowerApps preferred Benefits Medical insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance 401(k) retirement plan Life insurance Long-term and short-term disability insurance Paid parking/public transportation Paid time off Paid sick and safe time Company Overview Siemens Healthineers is a healthcare technology company that provides diagnostic and therapeutic products and services.
