Remote Student Support Coordinators. In this role, you will be responsible for solving problems and supporting customers through the admissions process with empathy and clarity. Responsibilities Setting up appointments for prospective students to visit one of our schools Skills Exceptional customer service, active listening, and good verbal and written communication skills Ability to stay composed and take charge of difficult conversations Use your judgment and resources to resolve issues quickly Ability to ask probing questions, respond effectively and accurately to overcome objections, and ensure prospective students feel supported Outgoing, self-motivating personality Proactive mindset, you don't wait to be told what to do Ability to communicate and support many different personality types while bringing your own voice and confidence Computer Knowledge
