As a Solutions Engineer, you will engage in both pre-sales and post-sales processes, serving as the technical lead between clients, partners, and internal teams to convert opportunities into success stories. Responsibilities Serve as the technical lead between clients, partners, and our internal teams at Darktrace Contribute to regional sales, POV, and GTM strategy Discover and create prospect-specific quantifiable value statements that greatly impact deals Work well with podded Account Executives and other internal stakeholders and teams Be a reliable member of the local region, providing cover and support to customers and peers when needed Travel regionally to client sites as permitted by health guidelines Skills 1+ years in a software sales engineering or SOC Analyst role Strong knowledge in both on-premises and cloud networking and technologies Knowledge around varying cybersecurity solutions (NDR, EDR, XDR, Email Security, CNAPP) Ability to consult at all levels (C-level, SOC, engineers, buyers, etc.) Experience in presenting technical Network Security Solutions to Clients and Channel Partners within region
