They are seeking a Strategy and Operations Coordinator to support the growth and operations of the Pricing Service Line, requiring strong organizational and analytical skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders. Responsibilities Collaborate with the Pricing Service Line leadership team to support development and tracking of strategic and operational plans for the Pricing Service Line Business Unit (BU) Work closely with the broader Pricing Service Line team to assist with coordination of Pricing Service Line growth initiatives Assist in the project management of BU initiatives such as capability building, go-to-market efforts, and service line development Support the preparation of materials for BU planning, leadership meetings, and follow-up Support day-to-day operations critical to the effective functioning of the BU, including (non-exhaustive): Partnering with the Knowledge Management team to maintain and enhance the Community of Practice (CoP) site(s) Coordinating and supporting the management of knowledge-sharing initiatives to promote access to BU insights across the firm including best-in-class client development materials in conjunction with Knowledge Management (KM) Maintaining communication infrastructure, including distribution lists and collaboration channels Collaborating with the Marketing team to maintain and update Pricing-related content on L.E.K.’s website Contribute to performance reporting, resource tracking, and internal communications Collaborate with the Knowledge Management (KM), and Data & Analytics (D&A) teams to help facilitate access to BU-specific tools and IP Liaise with other core services teams (e.g., Marketing, Growth, People, and Solutions) to support alignment on firmwide initiatives with Pricing Contribute to coordination of cross-functional activities that support BU visibility and firm positioning Partner with People team to develop and execute meaningful culture-driving programs within BU including (non-exhaustive): team meetings, information sessions, etc Skills An undergraduate degree is required A proactive mindset – we are seeking a team member who demonstrates initiative, anticipates needs, and consistently identifies opportunities to improve processes and outcomes beyond assigned responsibilities Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to synthesize and present information clearly Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; able to manage multiple priorities effectively Basic understanding of business concepts and their practical applications Familiarity with AI productivity tools (e.g., ChatGPT, bolthires Copilot) and interest in applying them to improve day-to-day operations Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel Applicants for this position must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis without the need for employer sponsorship Preference to have at least 1-3 years of experience in a corporate or professional services setting Benefits Performance bonus Profit sharing Other benefits Company Overview L.E.K.
