They are seeking an Analyst for Compliance to manage Requests for Information related to financial crimes investigations, ensuring timely and accurate responses while collaborating with various teams. Responsibilities Coordinate RFIs for Sanctions Screening and Transaction Monitoring Initiate RFI requests and oversee timely, accurate RFI responses Manage RFI data within GAITS and Bridger case management tools and adjudicate alerts as necessary Partner with Investigations, Lines of Business, and Global Sanctions on issue management Communicate effectively with

Senior Leadership Analyze and assess business impacts of proposed or implemented changes to the GFCSU’s alert adjudication process and AML investigations Identify and recommend efficiencies and strategies to meet core requirements Maintain RFI metrics and conduct analysis to identify trends Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance snapshots Skills Familiarity with bolthires Financial Crimes internal functions (AML, Screening, EDD, etc.) with a strong preference for Sanctions alert adjudication experience Bridger, GAITS, and SharePoint experience strongly preferred Excellent analytical skills and experience with Excel (pivots, macros, and basic functions like VLOOKUP, conditional formatting, data validation) and other data analysis tools Superior organizational skills with attention to detail a must Ability to work effectively within a team and build effective cross-team partnerships Demonstrated ability to think critically, adapt quickly, and perform well under pressure Excellent written and oral communication skills Demonstrated ability to influence senior management and achieve results through others Bachelor's degree, or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience Sanctions Screening alert adjudication experience Benefits Competitive base salaries Bonus incentives 6% Company Match on retirement savings plan Free financial coaching and financial well-being support
