As a Bilingual Call Center Customer Service Representative, you will be the key connection point between customers and the support they need, handling inquiries and ensuring a positive experience throughout their purchase journey. Responsibilities Answering incoming calls Assisting with order inquiries Delivery scheduling Account updates Service questions Ensure customers feel heard, valued, and confident in their purchase journey Represent our brand with professionalism and care through phone conversations as well as written communication via chat and email Work both independently and with a supportive team to enhance every customer interaction and reinforce our commitment to exceptional service Skills A commitment to delivering genuine, friendly, and professional service across phone, chat, and email interactions Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly guide customers verbally and in writing Written and verbal bilingual communication skills Excellent listening skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced call center environment
The ability to troubleshoot and proactively resolve escalated customer concerns A collaborative mindset to support fellow team members and advocate for customer needs Flexibility to work within a 7-day-a-week call center schedule, with operating hours from 8:00am–6:00pm Candidates must have authorization to work in the U.S.
