The Loan Officer will guide clients through the home loan process, working with warm leads, and play a vital role in making homeownership more affordable and accessible. Responsibilities Educate borrowers on the loan process and identify financing options Analyze credit, income, and assets to prequalify or deny applications Structure loans, issue pre-approvals, and manage the process through closing Provide clear, ongoing communication with borrowers and their real estate agent Secure documentation and ensure all stages of the loan process are completed efficiently Perform other duties as assigned Skills No Mortgage Experience?
