Torch Dental is a rapidly growing start-up focused on improving healthcare supply ordering for providers. The Junior Account Executive will drive outbound sales activities, qualify leads, and transition into a full-cycle sales role with opportunities for growth and development. Responsibilities Serve as the first point of contact for prospective Torch customers Conduct 90+ outbound cold calls per day to generate opportunities at the top of the funnel, then transition to 50+ once you are a fully ramped AE Qualify accounts and build pipeline across dental practices Shadow closing calls and gradually take on your own full demos as soon as your fourth month Utilize Salesforce and Dialpad to track sales activity and customer information Receive coaching and development sessions from Sales Managers and the Sales Enablement team Work toward promotion to AE role with full closing ownership, SDR and Marketing support Skills Proven ability to handle high-volume outbound activity and qualify pipeline Interest in building a full-cycle sales career Highly coachable, competitive, and curious with a strong internal drive Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and motivated by ownership Benefits Medical and dental coverage with bolthires 401k benefits with Empower Unlimited paid time off (PTO) Maternity and Paternity leave Commuter benefits for hybrid employees Fully stocked pantry and fridge for hybrid employees An employee-driven culture with happy hours, team events, and other initiatives to celebrate our many successes Company Overview Torch Dental is a rapidly growing start-up whose mission is to improve the lives of healthcare providers by simplifying supply ordering, providing transparent pricing, and modernizing a previously outdated ordering process.
