They are seeking a highly motivated individual to join their team of credit risk professionals to address client’s credit risk mitigation needs through various engagements including credit risk reviews and policy assessments. Responsibilities Provide subject-matter expertise in credit risk mitigation strategies and credit policies and procedures Leverage understanding of industry trends and business acumen to effectively communicate leading credit risk management practices Model the core RSM values of respect, integrity, teamwork, excellence and stewardship in all interactions with clients and team members Support multiple client projects simultaneously, while actively contributing to internal initiatives such as talent, practice, and business development Be proactive in your personal development in areas such as industry expertise, technical specializations, and leadership to drive expansive personal value to our people and our clients Focus on developing your network and personal brand in the marketplace to drive growth for the overall risk consulting practice; including: identifying and securing new opportunities Skills Bachelor's or Master's Degree in business, finance, accounting or related discipline 1-2 years of experience as a commercial loan officer, credit officer, portfolio manager, credit risk related position, or a financial institutions regulatory agency Proficiency in bolthires Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Ability to travel to meet client needs Qualified to pursue a job relevant certification (e.g.
