Key Responsibilities: Handle a high volume of inbound calls from healthcare members and providers, responding to their inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner Simultaneously answer customer inquiries and type information into our computer system, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail Maintain web camera visibility during working hours, as required Provide empathetic and personalized support to customers, addressing their concerns and providing timely resolutions Follow established procedures to meet customer needs, ensuring that all interactions are handled with professionalism and integrity Apply knowledge and skills to complete a wide range of tasks, including data entry, customer service, and problem-solving Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent required 2 years of customer service experience preferred, with a focus on healthcare or a related field Call center experience is highly desirable, with a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices Minimum typing speed of 30-35 words per minute preferred, with excellent written and verbal communication skills Basic knowledge of personal computers required, with the ability to navigate our computer system with ease Strong reading comprehension and writing skills, with the ability to follow established procedures and meet customer needs Problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box Preferred
