Remote Customer Service Representative for the healthcare industry.

About the Role In this critical role, you will be working from the comfort of your own home, interacting with customers via inbound and outbound calls, as well as through the internet. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service to our healthcare clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and issues in a professional, empathetic, and timely manner.
