Remote Customer Service Representative to join our amazing team.
Job Overview In this role, you will be part of a dynamic team that is committed to providing outstanding care and wellness services to our customers. As a remote employee, you will have the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home, engaging directly with our pharmacy customers who contact us for a variety of topics, primarily via inbound calls and other communication platforms. Your primary goal will be to research and problem-solve to determine appropriate solutions for our customers, following up as needed to resolve issues and ensure their complete satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities Engage directly with pharmacy customers via inbound calls, emails, and other communication platforms to provide exceptional support and solutions Research and problem-solve to determine appropriate solutions for customers, adhering to high safety and regulatory standards Follow up with customers as needed to resolve issues and ensure their complete satisfaction Go above and beyond to "wow" our customers, engaging with them and thinking critically to provide personalized solutions Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience Stay up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and products to provide accurate and informative support to customers Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills: 1-2 years of experience working in a customer-focused environment, preferably in the pet care or pharmacy industry Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner Ability to multi-task and think critically, with a strong problem-solving mindset Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends, and willingness to work overtime as needed Must be able to pass a background check for a KY Rx Tech license Strong computer skills, with proficiency in bolthires Office and ability to learn new software applications High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred Preferred Qualifications Experience working in a remote or virtual environment, with ability to self-motivate and work independently Knowledge of pet care and pharmacy operations, with understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards Certification in customer service or a related field, such as CCSP or CSP Bilingual or multilingual skills, with ability to communicate with customers in multiple languages Skills and Competencies To excel in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and competencies: Communication skills : ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner, with excellent written and verbal communication skills Problem-solving skills : ability to think critically and analytically, with strong problem-solving mindset Customer service skills : ability to provide exceptional support and solutions to customers, with strong focus on customer satisfaction and loyalty Technical skills : proficiency in bolthires Office, with ability to learn new software applications and technologies Time management skills : ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively, with strong organizational and planning skills
