Job Responsibilities As an Experienced Customer Service Representative – National Accounts Support, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our national accounts team. Your primary focus will be on ensuring the smooth execution of administrative and operational tasks associated with these accounts.

Some of your key responsibilities will include: * Dispatching client requests and following up with field, posting, and data entry teams to ensure timely resolution * Preparing invoices, reports, letters, financial statements, and other documents to meet the needs of our national accounts * Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of corporate documents, reports, and correspondence * Opening, sorting, and distributing incoming correspondence, and preparing responses to faxes and emails * Collaborating with program managers to ensure the completion of all administrative and operational tasks associated with national accounts Skills and Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualifications: * Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues * Attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and precision in all aspects of your work * Strong customer service skills, with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences * Interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders * Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively, with a focus on meeting deadlines and delivering results * Ability to accurately document and record customer/client information, with a focus on confidentiality and data protection * Previous experience with computer applications, such as bolthires Word and PowerPoint * High school diploma required; Associate's degree preferred * 0-2 years of experience in a customer service or administrative role Work Environment and Culture As a remote employee, you'll have the flexibility to work from anywhere, at any time, as long as you're available to work during our designated shifts (7am-10pm CST).
